At Coach Chioma, we value your trust and are committed to providing products and resources that serve you well. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we want to provide clear guidance on how returns and refunds are handled.

Our return and refund policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange. We encourage customers to review their order promptly upon delivery to ensure everything meets expectations.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must also be returned in its original packaging. We require a receipt or proof of purchase to process any return or refund request. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer unless specifically instructed to do so.

Certain items are not eligible for return. Because digital products are delivered immediately and cannot be returned, all digital sales are considered final. This includes eBooks, downloadable PDFs, devotionals, workbooks, and other digital resources. Gift cards and sale items are also non-refundable.

In some situations, partial refunds may be granted. This may apply to items that show signs of use, items that are not returned in their original condition, items that are damaged or missing parts for reasons not caused by our error, or items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirming receipt of the return. We will also notify you whether your refund has been approved or declined. If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

If you believe your refund is delayed or missing, we recommend first checking your bank account again, then contacting your credit card company, as posting times can vary. You may also contact your bank for additional information. If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please reach out to us directly at hello@coachchioma.com, and we will be happy to assist you.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you receive a damaged item and need an exchange for the same product, please contact us at hello@coachchioma.com with details of the issue. We will provide instructions on how to proceed.

Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items unless the return is due to our error. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on your location, the time it takes for an exchanged product to reach you may vary. For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
